Exchange and returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer 30 days free return from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be unused this means – in the packaging which the item(s) came from, with labels and protective stickers intact. Also, the item(s) must be in the same conditions as when the item(s) was received.

If you purchase from our website, the item(s) must be delivered directly back to the Rosella Bloom office at Solroed Strandvej 77, 2680 Solroed Strand, Denmark.

When returning the item(s) please use the return label, you have received.

We endeavour to process return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 1-2 working days. You will receive email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

Rosella Bloom takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Rosella Bloom.
