1.Introduction

When you make a purchase on the website, an agreement is established between you and Rosella Bloom ApS, a Danish company with registration number 43874047, located at Solrød Strandvej 77, 2680 Solrød, Denmark (hereinafter referred to as "Rosella Bloom"). Before making a purchase from our website, please ensure that you have read and understood our terms and use. You must agree to these terms to complete your purchase.
1.2 - The website must only be used by you if you are of legal age in your country.
2. Agreement and order
2.1 - Rosella Bloom only sells to individual consumers on the website.
2.2 - After making a purchase, you will receive a receipt at the email address you provided to Rosella Bloom in connection with the purchase. The receipt serves as confirmation that we have received your order but does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement between you and Rosella Bloom is established only when we send an order confirmation along with a receipt.
2.3 - Before sending the order confirmation with the receipt, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The order may be canceled if we suspect any attempt to cheat or defraud Rosella Bloom. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 - If the prices or product information on the website are incorrect, and either Rosella Bloom or you discover the discrepancy, those prices or information are not valid for the purchase. In this case, we will contact you.
3.2 - When making a purchase on our website, Quickpay processes our transactions. This means that Rosella Bloom does not store any credit or debit card numbers. You can make payments with Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, etc. Your payment is processed through Quickpay, which uses secure encryption and adheres to banking standards. There is no additional charge for card payments unless your own bank imposes a fee.
3.3 - All prices listed on the website include VAT.
3.4 - When a purchase is made, we will reserve the purchase amount from your account. Rosella Bloom will debit the purchased amount once the product(s) has been shipped from our office.
4. Promo Codes, special offers and gifts
4.1 - Promo codes must be entered during the checkout phase; they are not valid after purchase.
4.2 - If you return product(s), you might no longer qualify for the special offer or gifts you have received. In such cases you must return the gift or the product(s) you’ve received on a special offer, or we will deduct the value from the refunded amount.
5. Changes to the terms of use
5.1 - Rosella Bloom has the right to revise our terms of use from time to time, but at the time of your order, the terms of use in effect at that time will apply. Because of this you should review the terms of use from time to time, when visiting the website.
