Rosella Bloom International Warranty
Your Rosella Bloom watch is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of original retail or online purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the Rosella Bloom watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official Rosella Bloom dealer.
During this period, the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover:
- The life of the battery;
- Normal wear and tear or aging, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care or accidents;
- Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water resistance level were not followed. Water resistance 3ATM: does not resist showers and suchlike. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to the watch. Generally, Rosella Bloom advises you not to put your watch in contact with water so you can preserve it to the maximum.
- Products that are not purchased from an authorized Rosella Bloom retailer.
How to make a claim under this warranty
Please send us an email to cs@rosellabloom.com with a picture of your watch, a description of the defect, and a scan of this warranty certificate. If you purchased your watch online, please provide us with a copy of your order confirmation. Our customer service team will assist you.
Please note you will be responsible for paying the expenses associated with making a claim under this warranty, including postal or delivery expenses and any relevant taxes.
Limitation of liability
Except as provided in this Rosella Bloom Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosella Bloom is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill. Subject to the applicable laws and regulations, the maximum liability of Rosella Bloom for breaching any written or implied warranty with respect to the Rosella Bloom watch shall not exceed the retail purchase value of the Rosella Bloom watch.
